Let’s face it, diets don’t work. The reason why most people actually gain weight after dieting is because they are trying to diet on top of a weak foundation. No matter how hard they try, in the end, their efforts leave them frustrated , confused, and right back where they started. I’ve spent the last 10 years working with people just like this. What I’ve learned through my practice is the foundation of health are getting attacked by modern living. People are sick and tired and they don’t know how to fix it. I built Basic Training to give people a simple action plan to follow that builds the foundation necessary to see lasting change in their lives. Nothing in these modules are rocket science. It’s the basics that need your attention and focus. I’ve made it easy by asking you to only focus on one thing per week so you don’t get overwhelmed, and are able to build momentum on the small gains you make. I’ve seen this work for hundreds of people. It can work for you too!
