I have special diet needs can we still work together?
Yes a healthy lifestyle can and should be built specific to your needs. Vegan, vegetarian, paleo, AIP, low food map, whole 30, can all be worked into a healthy lifestyle. The only diet not friendly to healthy living is the SAD diet (Standard American Diet).
I live far away do I have to come in to your office for the sessions?
No. Although I love working in person when possible, most of my clients live out of my area and we work primarily by phone and through my online portal.
I don’t know how, or have the time to cook, can you build a healthy lifestyle around eating out?
Yes I will teach you how to navigate eating out, and while traveling. I will also show you how to work food prep into your busy schedule, and make preparing and shopping for food fun and enjoyable.
Do you take credit cards and does your fee have to be paid up front?
Yes I take credit, debit, and HSA cards. And if needed we can work out a payment plan to fit your budget.
I am motivated to change my diet but my husband isn’t, how do we work around that?
Don’t ask him to . Be the change you want to see in him. Ask him for his support in your efforts of becoming better and he will. Then with time and on his terms he may follow you. I will show you how to make his favorite foods better without loosing flavor. And organize meals so you are not cooking double.
Can you help me get off my medications?
I am not a doctor and so cannot prescribe or take you off any of your medications. I will however, help you get healthier so you can work with your doctor to meet your goal of living naturally.
Your website is geared towards professional women. If I don’t fit in that category are we still compatible.
Yes. Professional women are my niche but you don’t have to be one to get the benefit of adopting a healthy diet and lifestyle. I love working with anyone motivated to become better, man, woman, or child.
